 🔔 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CLIENTS

By booking an appointment with HAIRHUB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our salon policies and terms of service.

We appreciate your trust and ask for mutual respect regarding time and appointments. Please review the following carefully before booking:

💳 Deposits & Payments

• All bookings require a 50% deposit based on the estimated cost of your service.

• Your deposit confirms your appointment and is applied toward your total bill. The remaining balance is due at checkout.

• Deposits are non-refundable if you:

  • Do not show up (no-show)

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment

• In these cases, you will be charged 50% of the full service cost.

• Unconfirmed appointments are automatically canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Refunds of deposits are only made at HAIRHUB’s sole discretion.

🔐 Credit Card Security

• Your card details are securely stored and never fully accessed by HAIRHUB staff.

• Charges to your card occur only for no-shows or late cancellations.

💰 Additional Charges

• A mandatory 13% HST tax applies to all services, including cash payments.

🎯 Realistic Expectations, Satisfaction & Liability

• At HAIRHUB, we prioritize honesty, transparency, and the health of your hair. Before any major service, we offer in-person or online consultations to discuss realistic outcomes based on your hair type, history, and condition.

• It is your responsibility to disclose any prior chemical treatments (keratin, botox, perms, nanoplastia, etc.).

• Failure to disclose treatments may lead to unexpected results, including hair damage or loss, for which HAIRHUB is not liable.

• Results vary from person to person, and exact outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• HAIRHUB does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to differences in hair type, condition, or prior treatments.

• Dissatisfaction with color, style, or overall results does not entitle you to a refund or compensation.

• HAIRHUB is not liable for any damage caused by undisclosed treatments or failure to follow aftercare advice.

• ❗ All services are final and non-refundable.

• By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of hair treatments and accept that results can vary based on factors beyond our control.

• Any claims for refunds, damages, or lawsuits based on service results will be declined.

❗ Right to Refuse Service

• HAIRHUB reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

⏰ Late Arrivals

• Arrivals 20 minutes or more late will incur a $15 late fee.

• Service may be refused and deposits forfeited for late arrivals.

• Please notify us promptly if you will be late or cannot attend.

🚫 No-Shows

• Missing an appointment without notice results in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Future bookings require a 100% deposit from clients with previous no-shows.

📅 Same-Day Cancellations / Rescheduling

• Canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment forfeits your deposit.

• New deposits are required to rebook.

• Rebooking is subject to availability; HAIRHUB does not rearrange other clients' schedules.

• The next available appointment may be weeks away.

👜 Personal Belongings

• HAIRHUB is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought into the salon.

• Avoid wearing valuable or favorite clothing during chemical services due to risk of staining.

🔒 Limitation of Liability & Agreement

By booking and using our services, you accept that:

• Hair treatments carry inherent risks; results can vary and are not guaranteed.

• HAIRHUB and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including hair damage, dissatisfaction, or personal property loss.

• You assume all risks related to chemical treatments, including allergic reactions and hair damage.

• No verbal or implied warranties or guarantees apply beyond this written policy.

• This policy is the full agreement between you and HAIRHUB and supersedes any other promises or representations.

• You agree to hold harmless and indemnify HAIRHUB and its staff from any claims, costs, or damages related to your appointment or services.
