Please kindly take some time to review our salon policy before booking the appointment to ensure you are aware of the guidelines in place.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO ALL CLIENTS:

YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION:
â– ALL SERVICES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE 20% DEPOSIT OF AN ESTIMATED TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE. YOUR DEPOSIT SIGNIFIES YOUR COMMITMENT TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
â– THE DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE BOOKED FOR. THIS MEANS THAT AT THE CHECKOUT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING 80% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE.
â– THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN CASE OF:
-NO-SHOW
-IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE IT. (THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PENALIZED FOR 20% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE IN CASE OF NO-SHOW OR LATE CANCELLATION)
â– ALL UNCONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED 24 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT
â– PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IT IS TO OUR DISCRETION WETHER THE REASON OF YOUR CANCELLATION DEEMS REASONABLE TO RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT BACK OR TO KEEP IT.
â– PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CARD DETAILS ARE SECURED AND WE DON’T HAVE ANY ACCESS TO YOUR CARD. WE DON’T USE YOUR CARD IN ANY OTHER CASES EXCEPT NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

â– PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AT THE CHECKOUT A MANDATORY TAX (13% HST) WILL BE APPLIED TO THE TOTAL COST OF THE SERVICE FOR ANY PAYMENT METHOD INCLUDING CASH PAYMENTS.

REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS ARE A PRIORITY AT HAIRHUB. THAT IS WHY WE ALWAYS PROVIDE YOU WITH IN-PERSON OR ONLINE CONSULTATIONS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS THE REALISTIC END RESULT BECAUSE WE CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR QUALITY AT FIRST PLACE.
â– PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE IN-PERSON OR ONLINE CONSULTATION PRIOIR TO YOUR COLOURING APPOINTMENT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET OUR HAIRSTYLIST KNOW THAT YOU HAVE HAD ANY CHEMICAL TREATMENTS IN THE PAST (KERATIN, BOTOX, NANOASTIA OR ANY TYPE OF THE PERM). THE RESULT OF WITHOLDING THIS INFORMATION CAN LEAD TO UNPREDICTABLE CONSEQUENCES LIKE LOOSING THE HAIR.
â– PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE PROVIDE THE SAME HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE FOR EVERY CLIENT, HOWEVER EVERY PERSON’S HAIR IS UNIQUE AND THE RESULT CAN DIFFER EVEN WHEN WE USE SAME COLOUR FORMULAS BUT ON DIFFERENT HAIR.
â– SPECIFIC RESULTS OR COLOR REQUESTS CAN NOT ALWAYS BE GUARANTEED DUE TO MULTIPLE REASONS (PREVIOUS COLOURING HISTORY/ CHEMICAL TREATMENTS/ HAIR QUALITY ETC.)
â– WE CANNOT GUARANTEE HOW LONG THE RESULT WILL LAST IF YOU DON’T FOLLOW OUR HOME CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
â– ALL SERVICES PROVIDED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SERVICE:
â– WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SERVICE.

LATE ARRIVALS:
â– WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS CAN HAPPEN, BUT IF YOU ARE LATE FOR 30 MINUTES OR MORE AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT STARTED, WE KEEP THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A SERVICE AND THE DEPOSIT CHARGE MAY BE APPLIED.
â– IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE OR CAN, NOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

NO SHOWS:
â– REMEMBERING AND RESPECTING THE APPOINTMENT TIME IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT GIVE ANY NOTICE YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
â– PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU WILL ALSO BE PUT TO THE BLACKLIST. THE NEXT TIME YOU DECIDE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH HAIRHUB - A 100% DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS:
â– IF YOU RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT OR 24 HOURS BEFORE IT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PUT DOWN A NEW DEPOSIT TO SECURE A FUTURE APPOINTMENT
â– PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT IF YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED ACCORDING TO EXISTING SCHEDULE AND WE WILL NOT MOVE OTHER CLIENTS TO SERVE YOU AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE. IN MOST CASES THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT MAY OCCUR IN SEVERAL WEEKS.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR EXPENSIVE OR FAVOURITE APPAREL TO YOUR HAIR COLOURING APPOINTMENTS. WE WORK WITH COLOUR AND CHEMICALS THAT CAN DAMAGE ANY FABRICS. HAIRHUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STAINS THAT MIGHT OCCUR DURING THE PROCESS.
